Job Description
• Data Mapper will provide first level support for JAVTECH clients
• Respond immediately to all customer mainly through inbound and outbound calls/emails
• Deliver day to day implementation request from JAVTECH customers and its trading partners
• Provide basic to complex level of support to connectivity setups and trading partner/client concerns.
Job Requirements
• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related fields
• At least 1 year of working experience in related fields
• Knowledge of EDI, XML, JSON, and other scripting languages is a plus
• Knowledge in network communication protocol (e.g. FTP, SFTP, AS2)
• Able to express self well in both written and verbal communications.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Has the maturity to take ownership of each activity/task assigned.
• Has an open mind and can respect other people’s opinions.
• Proactively share his/her best practices with colleagues.
• Can handle multiple tasks
